Step 1: Schedule a Tour. We are open for in-person tours but are also happy to schedule a video-conference or phone consultation. In this first step, we are here to answer any questions you may have – about our community, what we offer, pricing, and the process of moving in – and we can also connect you with a current resident so you can hear first-hand what life at St. Anthony’s Gardens is all about.
Step 2: Select Your Floor Plan. Choose from a range of one- and two-bedroom Independent Living floor plans. All apartments are private, quiet, and equipped with everything you need to make the most out of your retirement, including high ceilings, gourmet kitchens, elegant accents, and cable and high-speed internet included. Our Assisted Living neighborhood offers studio, one- and two-bedroom options, all with ample storage and security features.
Step 3: Right-size for Your New Space. Most of our residents are moving here from a house with a lifetime of accumulated belongings. You likely will need to spend some time organizing your stuff and de-cluttering unwanted items. Right-sizing can seem like a big job, but if you spread it out over a few weekends, tackling one room at a time, it will feel great! When you are ready, your new apartment will be optimized for a stress-free retirement.
Step 4: Schedule Your Move-in Date. Your St. Anthony’s Gardens team member will help guide you through the process of selecting your residence and filling out the paperwork.
